How the COURse Unfolds

  • Theme: Settling into awareness and the intelligence of stillness

    This week is not about learning technique. It is about arriving in the body and establishing the internal conditions for therapeutic presence.

    • Meeting yourself as a practitioner: awareness, presence and orientation

    • The roots of Cranio-Sacral work and its foundational philosophy

    • The Breath of Life as a felt experience rather than a concept

    • Practitioner positioning and fulcrums for safe, effective touch

    Outcome: Participants begin to establish a felt sense of presence, develop trust in stillness, and experience touch as an extension of awareness rather than action.

  • Theme: Energetic and emotional awareness and stillness

    • The body as an energetic and emotional landscape

    • Developing capacity for stillness

    • Sensing coherence and change within the system

    • Working with subtle perception and inner responsiveness

    • Energetic awareness as relational presence rather than technique

    Outcome: Participants develop refined perception, emotional steadiness and the ability to remain present with subtle internal and external shifts.

  • Theme: Presence in relationship, story and expression

    • The treatment process: from connection to conclusion

    • Listening beyond narrative: what the body communicates beneath words

    • Integrating the whole person: listening with hands and presence

    • Sensuality and embodied awareness in touch and movement

    • Sound and vibration as expressions of release and regulation

    Outcome: Participants develop capacity to hold another person’s process with depth, clarity and embodied presence, including the use of sound as an extension of attunement.

  • Theme: The intelligent nervous system and embodied practice

    This final week brings everything into coherence: understanding how to hold complexity while remaining regulated and grounded.

    • The nervous system: understanding responses to stress and trauma

    • Trauma as patterns of adaptation and protection across time

    • Fascial unwinding as a process of letting go

    • Practitioner regulation, resourcing and sustainability

    • Full body treatment: integrating all techniques for a complete session

    Outcome: Participants leave able to hold full sessions from a grounded, regulated state, understanding how to support release without force and maintain their own stability in practice.

The 4-Day Intensive

The training is spaced over two or four weeks. This allows your system to process and integrate between sessions
