Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee may be charged

Payment
Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer.

Holistic Health Assessment

  • Non-Refundable: The fee for the Holistic Health Assessment is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. This covers the preparatory work and the diagnostic session itself.

  • The Credit Clause: If you choose to enrol in a full program (Balance or Revitalise) within 48 hours of your assessment, the full fee for the Holistic Health Assessment will be credited toward your program fee.

  • Expiration: If you do not enrol within 14 days of the assessment, the credit expires and cannot be applied to future services.

Program Enrollment (Balance & Revitalise)

  • Commitment Period: Once the program begins (Day 1), no refunds are issued for "change of mind" or "lack of participation."

  • Early Termination: If you choose to exit the program early, you remain responsible for the full balance. However, at my discretion, unused therapeutic sessions may be converted into a "Credit Note" valid for 6 months.

  • Service Guarantee: In accordance with the Barbados Consumer Guarantees Act, if the service fails to meet reasonable professional standards, we will first seek to remedy the issue. If a substantial failure remains, a proportional refund for the undelivered portion of the service will be discussed.

Internal Architecture Training (Deposit)

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit to secure your 4-Day Immersion is non-refundable. This deposit secures your dates and initiates the Programme Prep.

  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before Session 1. Failure to pay the balance results in forfeiture of the deposit and the session dates.

  • Transferability: If you cannot attend your scheduled dates due to an emergency, your deposit may be transferred once to a future date within the same calendar year, provided at least 14 days' notice is given.

Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • 24-Hour Rule: We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule any 1:1 session (Therapeutic or Strategic).

  • Late Cancellations: Sessions rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and will be deducted from your program total.

  • No-Shows: If you are more than 15 minutes late to a digital or in-person session without notice, the session is considered a "No-Show" and is forfeited.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life happens. In the event of a documented medical emergency or a "Force Majeure" event (such as a hurricane or significant national disruption in Barbados), we will work with you to pause your program and resume when it is safe and regulated to do so.
