I have spent my career at the intersection of two worlds: the intricate, intuitive world of holistic health and the structured, fast-paced world of business operations. What I’ve discovered is that they are governed by the same principle: A system can only flourish if it has a strong foundation and a clear flow.
With over 17 years in the health and beauty sector, I have worked with the UK’s leading organic brands and clinical institutions. My background as a Medical Herbalist (BSc Hons), Cranio-Sacral Therapist and Sound Therapist taught me how to listen - not just to what is being said, but to the underlying health of the system itself.
In a clinic, this means identifying where a body’s energy is restricted. In a business, this means identifying where operations are causing friction, burnout, or stagnation.
I don’t believe these worlds should be separate.
For the Wellness Client: I bring a deep, evidence-based understanding of herbal medicine and energetic bodywork, providing a grounded space for physical and emotional healing.
For the Business Client: I serve as a Fractional COO, applying those same diagnostic skills to your infrastructure. I build the systems, workflows, and strategies that allow a wellness brand to scale while remaining aligned with your original vision.
Whether I am coaching youth golf, prescribing herbs, or architecting a business pivot, my goal is the same: to foster resilience. I believe that health and business should be sustainable, accessible, and empowering.
I provide the structure. You provide the vision. Together, we ensure the "how" never gets in the way of the "why."
