7 Years In…

7 years in…Barbados

To summarise this past year in one word: reflective.

This has been a time of reflecting on who I am, what I do and how I want to show up in the world.

Of course there has been a LOT of golf. I still cannot believe how much this sport has taken over my life. This year I completed my level 2 sports coaching and I'm planning to do level 3 this month.

Being able to blend wellness and coaching, especially with the junior golfers, is one of the most fulfilling things I do

This year I have missed my family in the UK more than ever since I moved. The 5,000 mile distance doesn't normally feel so huge but this year, it has felt like a world away.

If this season has been about reflection, I feel I am ready for action in the next. To experiment and play. To ask for and take the things I want and need unashamedly. To prosper greatly, laugh louder and love harder.
