Discover how simple, guided Cranio-Sacral-inspired techniques can help calm the nervous system, encourage relaxation and deepen connection with someone you care about.
In our busy lives, it can be difficult to slow down and truly be present with the people we care about. The Art of Gentle Touch offers a unique opportunity to pause, reconnect and experience the restorative power of gentle, mindful touch in a safe and welcoming environment.
Inspired by the principles of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, this intimate workshop will introduce you to simple, guided techniques that encourage deep relaxation and support the body's natural ability to unwind. No previous experience is needed, and you do not need to be a therapist to take part.
Throughout the afternoon, you will learn about the foundations of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, the role of the nervous system in health and well-being, and how gentle touch can help create a sense of calm and connection. Under Louise's guidance, each participant will have the opportunity to both give and receive a relaxing touch sequence, allowing both people to experience its benefits.
This workshop is designed for anyone who would like to share a meaningful wellness experience with someone special. While it is perfect for couples, it is equally suitable for friends, siblings, parents and adult children, or anyone who wishes to attend with a trusted partner.
Your experience includes:
A gentle introduction to Cranio-Sacral Therapy and nervous system regulation.
A live demonstration of a simple Cranio-Sacral-inspired touch sequence.
Guided partner practice, with each participant both giving and receiving.
Individual guidance and support throughout the workshop.
Herbal tea and light refreshments.
An intimate group experience, ensuring plenty of personal attention.
Please note that this is a wellness workshop designed for relaxation and learning. It is not a professional Cranio-Sacral Therapy training course, and participants will not be performing therapeutic treatments.
