The Caribbean Wellness Day on Saturday was incredible - spending the day giving treatments and meeting amazing people.
The day reinforced for me that our physical bodies, our emotional bodies and our spiritual bodies have a massive capacity for healing. Even within a 10 minute session you can see a person's face change and their whole being reawaken.
Grateful to the Ministry of Health & Wellness and National Task Force On Wellness for hosting such an uplifting day, and to my table buddies the Barbados Reiki Association.
