Cranio-Sacral Awareness Week Reflections

And just like that Cranio-Sacral Therapy Awareness Week comes to a close.

What better way to celebrate than playing in the tides and watching the sun set on the rugged east coast of Barbados?

As always, this work - whether it is giving or receiving treatments, researching and writing articles about the various aspects of CST, or delivering workshops - provides so many opportunities for growth, introspection and healing.

The What Is Cranio-Sacral Therapy? talk reminded me that, as interesting as the theory is, you just have to get stuck in with the practical elements and experience the power of healing touch.

The various articles and videos from this week will continue to be available. Sign up to my mailing list or keep your eyes open for future events.

My highlight of the week was something a client said to me after her session. They are the words I could use to describe my CST training and how I continue to feel after almost every session. As she came round and sat up on the couch, she paused and said, "I have never experienced anything like that before".
