The festive season can be a stressful time of year for many people - with family obligations (despite how much we may love them), feelings of loneliness, financial worries, etc. 


We can spend a lot of time extending our energy outwards, leaving us feeling depleted or guilty for taking time for ourselves.

It is especially vital at this time to take care of our mental and emotionally well-being. Going inwards and grounding down with meditation, mindfulness exercises, walks, baths, whatever takes your fancy.
